Machine Tools and Yard Auction

Removal: Small items that can be carried out should be removed immediately after the auction sale and no later than THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31st. All items must be removed by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1st unless otherwise approved by Liberty Machine Works. Large items removal MUST BE scheduled during these times. Call 208-406-2515 for a scheduled removal time. No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full. A paid in full invoice must be shown in order to remove any items. The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage caused during or as a result of the removal. Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles. The auctioneer and its partners cannot be held liable for issues or damages sustained during loading or transport. All third party vendors and contractors carry their own insurance policies
