RMT Smart CM21-26 Band Saw

The cutting capacity of this machine is 21” x 26” in 90° blade cuts and Ø21” in round material. It is possible to make angled cuts between 90° and +30° by angling the upper body of our machine. In these machines, 10 different cutting programs can be written (length and piece information can be entered). The height and angle information are read from the panel with the help of a digital ruler. The course is repeated according to the 20” course length, the measurement is made, and the progress is repeated. The cutting control is done hydraulically in our machine, and it rises to the material height by itself after the cutting is finished. The material height is adjusted with the help of the mechanical switch on the saw. The cutting angle is fixed with the hydraulic brake system. The angle can be adjusted and monitored on the upper body. Machine and human safety are kept at the highest level with the measures taken mechanically and electrically.
