2001 DAEWOO MYNX 550

1. Spindle did have some noise and is starting to go out but still was cutting good parts when we stopped using it. 2. It has not been used for almost a year due to what we think is the drive in the cabinet. (Solution:You can use the 4020's parts to figure out the exact problem before ordering) I have more info on this issue I will send over later today. 3. Z axis covers we bent and we were unable to fix them. (Solution: Have them refurbished) 4. We removed a pneumatic valve for the tool changer and put it on the 40 20 Deawoo. ( Solution: Order a new part from DN Solutions ) 5. We took off a cover that goes on the tool changer that opens up when it shifts over to change tools. We took it off because it was not opening up when it would go to shift over. ( Solution: it may just need new bushings to function properly) 6. Another note for the 50-20. It does turn on and you can see the screen but servos won't turn on. A good technician could probably figure out what is wrong in a day. The servo we had refurbished did not fix the problem. 7.
